PROBLEM 

When Gas fueled ovens and dryers start-up, there needs to be a purge in order to evacuate any unburned fuel for safety.

Purges take a long time, and slow down production. If purges are not used, an explosion can occur due to improper burner management, which includes gas leaks, faulty ignition systems, blocked burner ports, and inadequate ventilation. These issues can lead to the accumulation of unburned gas, which, when ignited, can cause an explosion.
